Volunteer Spotlight: Rachelle Woltersdorf

"When I first began looking for a volunteer job, I was looking for a place where I would not only enjoy myself, but I would be helping others achieve great things," says Rachelle Woltersdorf.

"When I stumbled upon Horseplay, I was amazed to see that it had everything I wanted," Woltersdorf continues. "I saw that Horseplay was a great opportunity to be around horses and help others. I have been volunteering with Horseplay for over four years now and it continues to be as fun and exciting as the first day I started. It is so rewarding to volunteer at Horseplay. I love to see the faces of the riders light up when they achieve an obstacle they have tried so hard to overcome. It is hard to describe how great it is to volunteer here. To me, Horseplay isn't just volunteer work; it is a hobby. Whenever we get new volunteers, I can't help but feel happy knowing that they are much needed and knowing they will have a great experience much like mine."
